World Suicide Prevention Day

With a 35% increase in Suicide rates in the US between 1999 and 2018, the CDC calls suicide a growing public health concern …

I am not an expert, heck i didn’t even think I need to understand the workings of the human mind because biology & I are peaceful enemies. There’s no denying it, but there truly is no health without mental health.

Mental health … sounds like such a complicated phenomenon. It’s really not. For me It’s just you as you are. How are you feeling today? Because at the core of it all, we are all just human; we all process feelings and emotions arising from daily experiences.

At 8:00pm today, September 10, 2020 please light a candle on your window, for those we have lost, for those we almost lost, and all those we have to protect from losing.
